Next Lesson: The World’s Greatest Time Prophecy
Many theories about the antichrist and end-time events have been floating around in the Christian world lately. One such popular theory is that, after a secret rapture when all Christians will disappear into heaven, there will be 7 final years of tribulation and after the first 3.5 years, the antichrist will set up his kingdom in Israel after a new temple has been built in Jerusalem. This has been interpreted from the end of the 490 day prophecy of Daniel 9, specifically verse 27. Is this what that prophecy is really talking about? Lesson 14 closely examines this prophecy and also shows how the Bible's longest time prophecy of the 2300 days in Daniel 8:14, is connected. As you explore the 490 day prophecy, you'll discover some amazing facts about the timing of Christ's ministry here on earth, His death on the cross and the final rejection of the Jews toward Christ. You'll learn more about the 2300 day prophecy in Lessons 15 and 16.
