All have
sinned and must die, but the good news is all can be saved through Jesus
‘The payment for sin is death, but the gift that God
freely gives is everlasting life found in Christ Jesus our Lord’ (Romans 6:23)
The good news is
that God comes after you
The good news is
that God forgives my sins
If you repent and receive the grace of Jesus Christ
and make Him number one in your life He says, "I'm not going to hold your
sins against you. “There is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ
Jesus." (Roman 8:1)
The good news is
that now I am acceptable to God
You've accepted Christ. But have you ever realized
that God has accepted you? God has accepted you just as you are, and when you
turned to Him with your weaknesses and failures.
‘But God showed His love to us. While we were still
sinners, Christ died for us’ (Romans 5:8).
He did and does it while we are his enemies. He does
it, not because we are special, but because of the kind intention of His will.
There is nothing in us that is lovable after the fall and God still pours out
grace on us. However, when grace happens to us, change happens.
The good news is
God treated Jesus, who is sinless, as if he committed every sin ..
"For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God."
(2 Corinthians 5:21)
When you gave your heart to Jesus, He gave His Spirit.
When you repented and accepted Jesus, the great transaction takes place: God
treats Jesus, who is sinless, as if He committed every sin that you committed. But God does not leave you neutral.
He also imputes (places) upon you the righteousness of Christ. Your past sins
are forgiven. God treats you as if you did every righteous act that Christ
accomplished. God doesn't stop there. He also makes Christ's righteousness part of you through His
living presence in us. We now stand right with God because of our faith in Jesus.
The good news is
that I am born into God’s family
He gave the right and the power to become children of God to those who received
Him. He gave this to those who put their trust in His name. (John 1:12)
The good news is
that grace is the voice that calls us to change and then gives us the power to
pull it off
Grace saves you. Changes you. Shapes you. Strengthens
you. Softens you. Rewires you. ‘For sin shall not be master over you, for you
are not under law but under grace.” (Roman 6:14).
The good news is
that God loved, God gave, we believe, we live
For God so loved the world that He gave
His only Son. Whoever puts his trust in God’s Son will not be
lost but will have life that lasts forever (John 3:16)
The gospel
is the way God saves you
I am not ashamed of the Good News. It is the power of God. It is the way He saves men from
the punishment of their sins if they put their trust in Him. It is for the Jew
first and for all other people also (Romans 1:16)
It is the way God saves you from your sins and
yourself. He does this through Jesus. The gospel is about Jesus and
salvation through Him alone.
